Lizy, unlike the old days when there was one performance, there were 3 screens showing Skyfall at the same time-with about an hour between them.
Otherwise the only similarity was the Pearl and Dean music heralding the advertising section. :-)
Patsy, do go and see it. While it has many of the traditional features, the chases and fight scenes, this film is actually one a writer can appreciate and enjoy.
It was surprisingly enjoyable, and I really enjoyed it.
A Saturday matinee! Brings back memories of a bag of sweets, a feature film and a cartoon and Pathe News. Enjoy!
